A notice in the newsletter will identify the winner by displaying his or her e-mail address up to the @ sign. The entire e-mail address will not be displayed. The e-mail address of the winner must be a valid e-mail address. A confirmation e-mail must be exchanged from the exact e-mail address. Winners need to contact us within ten days of the date of the newsletter to claim the prize. Winners must reside in the United States or one of its territories. Employees, contractors, agents of or anyone associated with Dale's Shoe Store or Dale's Shoes Online are prohibited from entry in the drawing, but are welcome to subscribe to the newsletter. Dale's Shoes assumes no liability, financial or otherwise, regarding the use of the products given away in this drawing nor does it assume any liability for any taxes, duties or other fees associated with the winner's attaining the prize.
