Please read this entire page before sending a return.

Shoes purchased on our web site may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange if they are unworn and in original packing. Shoes found to be defective will be considered according to the manufacturer's specifications. We accept only merchandise that has been purchased from this web site.

Shoes must be in the original shoe box and must be placed inside a protective cardboard box, just as they were shipped to you.
Any packages sent to us wrapped in paper or plastic and not in an outer protective cardboard box are refused at the dock. Please do not send items back to us in this manner.

Please include the following information in the box with the shoes you are returning:

  • Transaction number (your last name will do if this is not known)
  • Brand, style, color and size you are returning
  • Whether you want a refund or an exchange
  • If you want an exchange, please tell us the specific brand, style, color and size you want us to ship you. (not including this information will lead to delays in processing)
  • Please include any other information you wish to include but please be brief and specific.

If you wish to avoid the travel time on your exchange, you can place a separate order and send the qualifying item you have back for a refund.

How we handle your return:

Please attain a tracking number from the carrier when you send the return to us. We are not responsible for lost packages and our customer service agents do not have a record of the date your return arrived at our warehouse.

Refunds will be posted within 10 business days of the date the return is received by our return department. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your statement. This is beyond our control. We will post the credit in the time period we promised, provided instructions have been followed and we are able to cross reference your return to your order.

Exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days. All notifications regarding returns will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied with your original order. We are unable to add new e-mail addresses once your order has been placed and processed. This is a security measure.
